A lot of fun for kids and parents! We will explore stretching, easy yoga postures, and learn to meditate with songs, games and dancing. Ages 3-8.
We teach yoga and love kirtan, so decided to start inviting folks over to the center for a regular chanting night. If you like a good impromptu musical exploration, you have found the right spot! But you don't have to be a musician per se to attend. Just come with an open heart and sing along or sit and bliss out to the musical mastering that evolves when we get together to chant!
