"If you want to learn something, read about it. If you want to understand something, write about it. If you want to master something, teach it."
-----Yogi Bhajan
This training is led by Sunder Singh and Kartar Singh. Sunder Singh is one of the premier teachers of Kundalini Yoga on the planet and both of these men studied directly with Yogi Bhajan for over 30 years each. They are extraordinarily committed to offering a training that puts a very high degree of emphasis on direct experience.
Yoga Teacher Training can be taught in different ways, some more instructional, some more experiential. This course is based on the belief that when you can understand the material within your own experience, and you have a grasp of them, then you will carry these things with you.
This Teacher Training is for Everyone
Whether you desire to teach Kundalini Yoga or whether you just wish to deepen your practice. It will give you a foundation for a lifetime of successful yoga practice. You will learn an ancient technology that is transformational. Your practice will give you incredible insights about yourself and you will grow in ways you could never have imagined.
If you aspire to be a teacher, or think you may someday want to be a teacher, this course will give you the knowledge and experience to become an excellent and confident teacher of Kundalini Yoga.
