Gurunater Kaur Khalsa is an intuitive healer with deeply healing hands, having over 3 decades of experience. She blends her training, which began in 1977, as a Reiki Master, a Polarity Therapist, Therapeutic Touch Practitioner, and a Sat Nam Rasayan Practitioner to offer different modalities of healing and balance. She offers chakra balancing by looking into each chakra of the body, one at a time, accessing information to clear and release such things as self-defeating irrational beliefs, incomplete past experiences, and/or energetic blocks.
She is also a Certified Hypnotherapist through the National Guild of Hypnotists and a Past Life Regression Therapist offering Past Life Regressions and hypnotherapy as a guided form of self-healing. Physical and emotional patterns in this life can be directly related to or powerfully symbolized by life experiences from the past. By accessing your subconscious mind, this allows you to understand, forgive and heal longstanding challenges.
Through Angelic Healings she gives intuitive readings and often receives messages of clarity, guidance and love that can initiate healing of the body, the mind, the heart, and the Spirit.
In addition to individual healing sessions, she also offers yoga classes and workshops as an uplifting, effective spiritual tool for everyday life, and drawing on her 35 years of studying and teaching kundalini yoga and meditation. She studied directly under Yoga Bhajan since 1976, is a member of the Mid-Atlantic Yoga Association, the International Kundalini Yoga Teachers Association, and a Professional Teacher Trainer.
She creates healing gemstone malas (prayer beads) which are owned by Yogi Bhajan, the Dalai Lama, President and Hillary Clinton and other international dignitaries. She also offers Manifestation Bracelets; after meditating on each person and their specific request for what they desire, a soulmate, prosperity, pre-natal prayers, blessings for loved ones & children, protection, healing, or any other prayerful intention, she hears which gemstones are needed and as the bracelet is assembled she infuses it with sacred chants and prayers.
